By accessing or using VidMixer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.

VidMixer is a web-based tool that allows users to download publicly available videos from third-party platforms by providing a URL. We do not host or redistribute any downloaded content; a file is only kept on our server briefly while your download is prepared (see our Privacy Policy).

You may only use VidMixer to download content that you have the legal right to download. Permitted uses include:

• Content you created and own.
• Content explicitly licensed for free download (e.g., Creative Commons).
• Content where the platform's own terms permit downloading.

You must not use VidMixer to:

• Download copyrighted content without the rights holder's permission.
• Circumvent DRM or platform access controls.
• Redistribute, sell, or publicly display downloaded content without authorisation.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

All content downloaded through VidMixer belongs to its respective copyright holders. VidMixer claims no ownership over any downloaded material. The VidMixer name, logo, and site design are the property of VidMixer and may not be reproduced without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that downloads will always succeed, as third-party platform changes may affect functionality at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidMixer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
